“I found my coaching with Anne really useful and beneficial in my role and on a personal level. Having listened to feedback in 1:1’s and from appraisals, a common theme was for me to try and find my voice and speak up at meetings as I often have good ideas and suggestions that are valued; however I always doubted myself and kept quiet. I used the coaching opportunity to discuss with my coach upcoming workstreams and opportunities for me to have an input and share ideas. Anne worked through my concerns, worries and challenges and we looked at current work streams to see what would be helpful and applicable. With lots of words of encouragement, useful tools and hints and tips it gave me a good starting point to build my confidence to start speaking up, share my thoughts and feel comfortable to challenge in discussions in a constructive way which I would never have done before.
