During 2022/23, Anne worked with us at the Local Government Association on an initiative to bring councils together to share, learn and debate the best and different approaches to managing performance management in their organisations.  In total, we ran ten round table events with around 60 participating local authorities.  As lead consultant to us, Anne developed and ran a really effective programme.  She interviewed every participant in advance, designed balanced and diverse agenda and encouraged and facilitated friendly and helpful discussions.  Most participants agreed the benefit of working together and confirmed that Anne’s experience and facilitating skills were key to our successes.
