Anne asked very thoughtful questions to really allow me to reflect on what I wanted and needed in my career.  We only had the 3 sessions, but it felt that we covered so much and I have acted on what I committed to, and I feel in a much better place career-wise and emotionally.  There were big decisions I needed to make in this time and she supported me in finding the right answers and the decisions I needed to take.
